COVID-19 has Ontarians ‘not confident’ schools can reopen safely, poll finds
Most Ontarians are “not confident” that schools will be able to safely reopen for in-class learning this month due to concerns about COVID-19, a new poll suggests.
The Campaign Research survey for the Toronto Star also found a “super majority” supports current measures that have had Ontario locked down since Dec. 26 to curb the spread of a virus that has killed more than 4,700 people in the province.
